  3.   6. Thyristors: Thyristors are semiconductor devices with multiple PN junctions that act as bistable switches. They are used in power control applications such as dimmer switches, motor speed control, and power conversion circuits.
  7. MOSFETs (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors): MOSFETs are a type of FET widely used in digital and analog circuits for their high input impedance and low output impedance. They are crucial in power amplifiers, digital logic circuits, and switching regulators.
